The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post. No added cost for the parts and no questioning my mistake. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend them to others.

Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. We would use them again and most definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was able to order lots of samples to make sure I chose the best colour for my blinds. The samples were free and arrived very quickly delivered. The online instructions for measuring the windows were very clear and gave me confidence that the blind would fit correctly when it arrived. I have used English Blinds before so there was no hesitation in using them again. The ordering procedure was easy to use as both blinds ordered are of precise size and quality.
