Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once i had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought omg that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done 5 stars well deserved
