I've ordered several blinds of different types. All have arrived exactly to spec, and when I had problems fitting, the customer service team were excellent. Very happy.

The order procedure is really easy. The advice about measuring is excellent. The product looks even better than shown online. I would recommend this company. Ifwhen we want a blind they are the first company I go to. Sorry if this sounds a bit ott, but to be honest it is so nice to deal with a company who are so professional and reasonably priced. I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.

Ordered made-to-measure blinds that are 100% waterproof, really happy with them, they are blackout as well, so hanging them at the bathroom windows is perfect. Overall they're very well made, ordering was easy and value for money.

Once measurements and fabric were chosen, the order took a couple of days to come through (was very well packaged and the delivery company were very thorough on expected times etc.).
