The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. The whole process was really simple. We first ordered a few samples then when we had decided on the fabric measured the windows, submitted the measurements and waited! The blinds arrived within a few days of ordering them. Easy to fit and now gracing our bathroom, they look great.
