Easy to order. The blinds arrived and I'm really pleased. There was a slight delivery problem, but after one phone call customer support was friendly, helpful and promptly rectified it on the day. I would use them again.

Well-designed blinds with very clear instructions. I liked the fact that the chrome string was in one piece and not split like it sometimes is. Delivery and communication were spot on.

Really impressed with the quality of the wooden blinds we ordered. They came in good time, especially considering we ordered over the festive period. Having found English Blinds online I chose a suitable design and entered the sizes required. The website is very easy to use and order. A confirmation email was sent of the order as was another email letting me know it's in production. Only a few days later I received a further email advising it has been being sent out. Delivery was perfect as was the packaging for it. I fitted the blind up with no problems at all as everything is in with the blind. Overall a great company and set up and easy to order online, I'd happily recommend them to others.
