I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Ordered made-to-measure blinds that are 100% waterproof, really happy with them, they are blackout as well, so hanging them at the bathroom windows is perfect. Overall they're very well made, ordering was easy and value for money.
