The blinds arrived quickly and are of very good quality. The fitting instructions are very clear and according to my husband, they were a joy to put up. He was impressed with the attention to detail such as sticky tape on the back of the brackets to help hold them in place during fitting. Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.
