This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. English blinds sent me a sample of the fabric to test out at home and on the strength of that I ordered 3 blinds for my kitchen windows. The website blind calculator was easy to use and worked out a price immediately. My husband hung the blinds easily and they look great.
Excellent quality product and service
With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.
