Ours was a relatively simple order for two roller blinds, but the measuring and ordering process was easy to follow and complete. Confirmation e-mails with expected timescales were helpful and our blinds arrived in perfect condition three days later. They also fit perfectly and look fabulous so we're very pleased!

I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. When I'd decided which pattern I liked best, I then thought, ah, now I've got to get the exact measurement of each window.
