Both items represent good value for money having previously sampled similar items from other providers and where English Blinds has the edge. The purchase process was easy. The blind was delivered when promised, is very well and strongly made and was easy to install (about 15 minutes, including finding my tools, taking down the old blind and drilling new holes etc.) Would certainly use this company again, if needed, and recommend it without hesitation.
First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made.
