I was most impressed with their care and customer service. Dealt with them a few times by e-mail and phone, always a pleasure. Loved my vertical blinds so ordered venetian blinds. They too are lovely. I think both types were great value for money.
The blind was perfectly made to measure and it was easy to enter my requirements on the website. I was kept informed of progress and it arrived after 3 days having been told 5–7 days when ordering. The blind is good quality and made exactly as requested

The blind samples were easy to order and came quickly. The order also arrived very quickly and looks good but still not been put up yet due to bathroom refurbishment delays.
