Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone. I am extremely pleased with my blind it is lovely and fits perfectly. The ordering process is very easy and measuring up is explained clearly - you can't make a mistake. The blinds are top quality and are very easy to install with the minimum of tools. The latest blinds we ordered were for our caravan and they fit perfectly and transform the rooms. You get emails every step of the way to inform you of the progress of your order and courier delivery. Can't fault English Blinds and would recommend them to anyone.
Ordered Monday and delivered Friday, for which I'm grateful. Very well-packed. I also rang the office and was given helpful advice about measuring. The blind for a bathroom is a heavy quality vinyl and there is a little catch to attach to the wall that the drawcord passes through so it doesn't get tangled. Another good thing is that I was sent about 10 samples before buying to help me decide. What I wanted at first would have been totally unsuitable.
Could find NO faults with these faux blinds. An excellent product which was prepared to my satisfaction. Looking forward to my next purchase. Well done English Blinds.
