I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.

I was sceptical about ordering online but these are absolutely spot on! They fit exactly as I wanted without the hassle of cutting down etc. The quality is very good and the fittings seem to be a step above the generic cut-to-size blinds.
