I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Absolutely fabulous blind and excellent customer service throughout. The pattern, colour and quality of the whole blind exceeded my expectations and looks so lovely in our bedroom. It is a wide blind, 235cm, so English Blinds suggested having the fabric turned 90 degrees to fit our window. This has worked really well. I will be ordering again for another window as I am so impressed all around.
Great website, a fantastic collection of different types of products. Easy to follow measuring guide. we have had wooden blinds and vertical blinds and all the products we ordered are of great quality. We had one particular blind no one could supply us with due to the width. We then tried English Blinds and were amazed we could order that size blind.
