A confirmation email was sent of the order as was another email letting me know it's in production. Only a few days later I received a further email advising it has been being sent out. Delivery was perfect as was the packaging for it. I fitted the blind up with no problems at all as everything is in with the blind. The samples were very helpful in matching colours, and you also kindly sent me an example bracket so I could check that they fit in our narrow recess.
