The three samples I ordered were all a good size, so this helped considerably with selecting the right one for my kitchen. Ordering online was very straightforward, though I did have a query regarding the width (2m+), so spoke to customer Support, who were very polite and helpful and the blind look wonderful.

I can offer no suggestions for improvements. The transaction went cleanly and quickly, goods arrived complete, intact and on time, good pre-delivery status information from delivery company and, not least, great quality products. We've used your company several times now and happily recommend you to friends and family.

Very pleased with service. Samples sent promptly and easy to order. Great that you update customer on progress of the order as you are waiting for it. Courier advised us of a morning delivery and it arrived one hour later.
