I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.
