I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! The samples were very helpful in matching colours, and you also kindly sent me an example bracket so I could check that they fit in our narrow recess. The blinds arrived promptly, in good condition and everything was there. They were very easy to put up and they look great. I would definitely recommend to others.
