This was the third time I've bought roller blinds from English Blinds and they lived up to my expectations completely. They are amazing value, the highest quality at a very reasonable price. The simple measuring instructions on the website were easy to follow and ensured an exact fit. Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.

Found the process easy to follow, especially when we read the measuring instructions. Quick and efficient following receipt of my order. I first ordered a sample which arrived in a few days the colours were as illustrated online. The order took just a few days and am delighted with the blinds.
