Having found English Blinds online I chose a suitable design and entered the sizes required. The website is very easy to use and order. A confirmation email was sent of the order as was another email letting me know it's in production. Only a few days later I received a further email advising it has been being sent out. Delivery was perfect as was the packaging for it. I fitted the blind up with no problems at all as everything is in with the blind. Overall a great company and set up and easy to order online, I'd happily recommend them to others.
As always they were excellent. This is the second batch of blinds I have ordered from them. The first time I made an error which they happily and quickly rectified. Great blinds and great customer service.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
