Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. The blind was beautiful! Since the room has been completed, the main complement has been the blind. It was simple to order with plenty of patterns and selections. Once ordered, the blind arrived quickly and was easy to hang. Perfect.
