The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. English Blinds has provided one of the easiest services I've ever used, and the blind was, forgive the hyperbole, but perfect. Measurements are exact and the team ensured that the subtractions required were done as accurately as possible. My blind looks lovely and easily installed. I bought the insulated type and fingers crossed works well to keep the heating in.
