The last item to complete our refurbishment and the delivery was quick plus a call from one of your sales team to confirm my size requirements were correct before the order was made. Very good quality blind with lovely subtle silver splashes and looks beautiful with the new spotlight on it - perfect, thank you!

The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

No improvements necessary, this item is very well made, exactly what was ordered and arrived very quickly. I will and already have, recommended you to my family and friends.
