Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved
I would like to say how pleased I am with my blind, the quality is very good. I would also like to say, that when I had a stupid moment and ordered the blind again, one of the sales team rang me, to see if I did want 2 blinds or if it was a mistake. Which saved me a phone call to them. Thank you so much.
I'm delighted with the new kitchen blind made by English Blinds. Top quality materials too, way better than the great price would suggest. So, I'll definitely be returning for more as other rooms are renovated. Gemma responded immediately when I asked for a longer chain, and it arrived when promised. In all a very satisfying process and I would unhesitatingly recommend them.
