The ordering and measuring guide process is excellent and user friendly. The quality of the roller blind I ordered is great and looks fabulous in my new kitchen.
Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.

I was a bit unsure as to how to measure, but when I rang to discuss it, I got someone on the phone immediately and he was able to answer my questions quickly. Measuring was then much easier after that, thank you.
The product was of a very good quality. Once installed, we realised we needed a longer chain and this was sent straight away, brilliant!
