Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. We shopped around for ages online to get the cheapest price and these were the best prices around, so pleased with them. We were very nervous about buying blinds online as you never know what you are going to get and if it will fit etc. But came very quickly in excellent condition and was the perfect fit with easy instructions to help fit them which didn't take long either. The blind looks very expensive and lovely now it's up. I'm very happy with them and will be using English blinds again. Thank you for my wooden blinds, I'm over the moon with them.

It was a couple of weeks before the renovation of the kitchen permitted hanging the blinds, but they are truly stunning, and well worth the money. I will definitely order from English Blinds again and have no hesitation in recommending them!
