The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I contacted English Blinds with my measurements in inches, which they kindly converted to cm for me. The order was placed and I was advised at every step of the way what was happening. It was delivered within 1 week even though advised it could take two. Great company, thanks

Well-made product with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As an unforeseen result, we noticed that some of our Victorian window frames were not quite vertical whereas the blinds were. The blinds still look great, especially as all the windows on that elevation match.
