This is why instead of turning to Hillary's Blinds, as I usually do, I turned to English Blinds who had in stock exactly what I needed and whose website made it very easy to enter measurements and complete the order. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.
Ordered a made-to-measure blackout roller blind. Delivery was within a week and the blind was a perfect fit. Unlike the one that I ordered from another company this blind was level. The blackout level is very good and the blind is good quality. All in all, a good experience.
