This is a great service with a huge selection of blinds to choose from. The quality is excellent not to mention the prices while the whole ordering process from start to finish was made very easy indeed. I only wish I had known about English Blinds several years ago as it would have saved me a lot of money and hassle. Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.
