English Blinds sent me a FREE sample 1st class so I could match it up with the others to make sure the one I would be buying was exactly the same, and it was. The two sets of blinds were delivered exactly as measured and ordered, and on time - at the very beginning of the expected date range. They were simplicity itself to install, with very clear instructions and plenty of screws etc. for the fittings.
