When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.

I've ordered around 8 blinds from this company so far, on three separate occasions, and have worked perfectly in my home. Easy to talk to you on the phone regarding prices and materials which is valuable too. Easy to install and works exactly as advertised.
