I have always cut down standard-size blinds in the past, but the blind we purchased from English Blinds was just so much easier to fit and very good quality. I was concerned about just giving window dimensions online and whether it would be the right size, but they really know what they are doing and the tolerances for fitting were perfect. Excellent service. I wanted a pelmet wider than the blind, and an additional pelmet for an existing blind. English Blinds arranged both with no hassle. I am really impressed with the quality of the blind and how easy it was to install. The blind is a lovely colour and it was good that there is a wide range to choose from.
I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.
