Having found English Blinds online I chose a suitable design and entered the sizes required. The website is very easy to use and order. A confirmation email was sent of the order as was another email letting me know it's in production. Only a few days later I received a further email advising it has been being sent out. Delivery was perfect as was the packaging for it. I fitted the blind up with no problems at all as everything is in with the blind. Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
