I found the whole experience with English Blinds excellent. The roller blind I purchased was of good quality and value and the staff were extremely helpful throughout.
Very pleased with our two blinds. As an aside, although we received a dispatch email on Friday, we didn't receive an email with tracking information. However, this didn't matter as the blinds arrived early on Monday morning. We would recommend English Blinds.

Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window.
