I placed my order via their website, which was simple to navigate and the blinds arrived 5 days later, during lockdown and was emailed with the progress of the order as well. I was able to order lots of samples to make sure I chose the best colour for my blinds. The samples were free and arrived very quickly delivered. The online instructions for measuring the windows were very clear and gave me confidence that the blind would fit correctly when it arrived.
