One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. I couldn't find anywhere that would make blinds to fit my 250cm window width. I was told it was too long, but English Blinds came through! The blinds are beautiful and were a reasonable price. I also managed to get them on brilliant sale. They were easy to fit, they're sturdy and to the exact measurements. Delivery was careful, with no damage to the blinds and they were packed well. Having used Hillary's Blinds for my other M2M blinds I would highly recommend English Blinds, they were far better all around.
