Easy to order with full instructions on the website. The sample arrived promptly. Very happy with the service provided and helpfulness when I needed to change the delivery date. Excellent quality blinds came with full instructions for fitting (easy) and they fit perfectly and look fantastic.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant. I love my two cameo blinds that fit perfectly into the existing brackets on my wall. The quality is very good and all the screws bracket instructions were included. Thank you very much, I have just ordered two more blinds, one for the hallway and another for the kitchen at sale price. I can't wait to get them.
