Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. I ordered the vanilla black-out roller blind from English Blinds after reading the positive reviews. The blind arrived within 1 week of ordering and I'm really happy with it, and fitting it couldn't have been easier.
The ordering on the website was very straightforward. We ordered five assorted blinds, all different sizes and all fitted well. The order came on time as stated. I did manage to cut through one of the cords when unpacking but a replacement soon came after contacting English blinds. Good value for money and I would choose them again.
