This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!
I have no negative comments at all. I emailed you to let you know I am in the US, and you noted that my order was not quite right, and in conjunction with me, corrected it.
