The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. Ordered 3 blinds very pleased. Easy to fit and great to have the correct sizes to fit the windows. I have worked for Dunelm as a store manager and always got blinds etc. from there and had to cut them to size myself. These are far better quality made to fit and no more expensive. Only took 1 week from ordering to delivery even in these difficult times. I will order more now to complete all my windows.
