They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. The wooden blinds have two strings to adjust them and are really nice and much better than the single string on the white blinds we bought from another company. The blinds look perfect and fit so well with my measurements.
Ordered made-to-measure blinds that are 100% waterproof, really happy with them, they are blackout as well, so hanging them at the bathroom windows is perfect. Overall they're very well made, ordering was easy and value for money.
