Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.
Great quality and great customer service. I called and was put straight through, with no waiting times. The blind was easy to put up, with clear instructions. I was slightly apprehensive about ordering online and trusting my own measurements, however, the online instruction was very clear on how to do so. Would highly recommend them.
