Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
Honesty can't fault this company. 5-star service all the way. This is the second time I have ordered blinds and both times I have been very pleased with the quality, price and speed they got to me. Fit well to my measurements. The time to get sent out to me was reasonably accurate to the delivery window. The quality of blinds and gearing is very good and feels robust. Fitting instructions are very well written and laid out, but it is quite obvious without them.
