The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.
I have nothing but praise for English Blinds, I made a very stupid mistake when I measured for my waterproof bathroom blind and was very embarrassed about it.
