Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. What a price, what a service. When I bought the blind I was only looking for something cheap and cheerful that fitted. I honestly was not expecting what turned up for the price I paid. What arrived was sturdy, fitted like a glove even the instruction leaflet I was expecting a photocopy sheet, not a glossy manual. The blind itself looked so much more upper-end than the bargain basement. The delivery time within 4 days was more than acceptable. I absolutely 100 per cent recommend English Blinds.
