Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Excellent company and product. This is the second time I've purchased made-to-measure blinds based on the quality of the product. Blinds are made to a high standard and come superbly packaged to avoid damage.

This is why instead of turning to Hillary's Blinds, as I usually do, I turned to English Blinds who had in stock exactly what I needed and whose website made it very easy to enter measurements and complete the order. I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.
I have ordered 2 made to measure blackout roller blinds from English Blinds so far. The service was very good, their prices are competitive and the blinds are lovely. Will be ordering another blind for our bedroom as soon as we have finished decorating.
