Ordered Monday and delivered Friday, for which I'm grateful. Very well-packed. I also rang the office and was given helpful advice about measuring. The blind for a bathroom is a heavy quality vinyl and there is a little catch to attach to the wall that the drawcord passes through so it doesn't get tangled. Another good thing is that I was sent about 10 samples before buying to help me decide. What I wanted at first would have been totally unsuitable.
We are very happy with the complete service offered by English Blinds. The free samples arrived very quickly, allowing us to make the correct choice of blind. We were notified when it went into production and when it would arrive. Can't fault the service. Very impressed with everything, especially the quality and measuring instructions. Very impressed with the whole system. I made an error when entering card details but did not realise at first, someone rang the next day and I was able to rectify the issue over the phone thus causing no delay to order. The blind has arrived and is lovely I would recommend your firm to others
