Easy to order. The blinds arrived and I'm really pleased. There was a slight delivery problem, but after one phone call customer support was friendly, helpful and promptly rectified it on the day. I would use them again.

Fabulous service. Very easy to place an order. Just measure said window and they do all the other measurements for you. The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post. No added cost for the parts and no questioning my mistake. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend them to others.

Great service and quality

Excellent service and excellent blinds. We have had a waterproof blind for the bathroom and two for the Kitchen from EB. We've had them for over 6 months now and have not had a single problem with mildew, and the blind fitted perfectly.
