I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I have placed two orders for blinds in recent months. I cannot fault this company. From the easy-to-use website, the ability to track your order which arrived in a timely manner. The blinds arrived well-packaged and are of excellent quality, complete with easy-to-follow instructions to install same. Highly recommend this company.

I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.
