Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. We received our blinds one week after ordering, they are of a very high quality and look beautiful at the windows. When I made enquiries about delivery the lady was very pleasant and helpful she rang me the day before delivery and I also got an email. I would recommend English Blinds.
