We had some samples first, this gave us a chance to check out the colours and designs. Following this we ordered direct from the website. The guidance notes for the measurement were excellent. The blinds arrived in good time and were well packed. All in all we are very pleased.

I researched a few online companies and English Blinds was the only company to send me a proper sample of the wooden blind that I was interested in, this made selection so much easier than looking at a representative photograph.
Absolutely fabulous blind and excellent customer service throughout. The pattern, colour and quality of the whole blind exceeded my expectations and looks so lovely in our bedroom. It is a wide blind, 235cm, so English Blinds suggested having the fabric turned 90 degrees to fit our window. This has worked really well. I will be ordering again for another window as I am so impressed all around.
