The three venetian blinds and two roller blinds ordered all fitted perfectly, were of high quality and exactly as described on the website. Also, the time between ordering and delivery was shorter than I had anticipated.

No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery.
